What is your return policy?
Baby Metro offers a 120-Day Return Policy* on every order because we want you to be happy with your order. All returns require a RMA number. The RMA number can be obtained by emailing Returns. As long as the item is new and unused in a saleable condition, we can accept it. "New and Unused" means that the item is still in its original packaging with all the accessories, hardware, and documentation AND that it is in a saleable condition that has not been used, washed, and/or assembled. We cannot issue refunds for any items with any signs that it has been used or assembled. For hygenic reasons, health products and personal care items cannot be returned.
Do I pay for return shipping?
Return shipping charges and any other applicable or associated fees are the responsibility of the customer unless the items were damaged during shipping or is defective. Please see the Damaged & Defective section for more information.
What if I cancelled the order?
Orders must be cancelled before your order ships. If you cancelled the order after the item ships, you can refuse the package once it arrives however please note that any shipping fees incurred by us to ship the item to you will be deducted from your refund. If the item arrived and you are unable to refuse the package, you will need to follow the procedure outlined above. Please note that special order item(s) can not be cancelled once item(s) has been shipped.
What if I refused the order?
Shipments that are refused are treated like cancellations. Any shipping fees incurred by us to ship the item to you will be deducted from your refund. This includes, but is not limited, to any shipping and handling charges that Baby Metro incurs when shipping items with "Free Shipping" to customers.
Why is an RMA number required?
The RMA(Return Mechandise Authorization) number allows us to keep track and ensures efficient processing of your return.
How long do I have to return the item(s) once I receive my RMA number?
RMAs expire after 14 days once issued. Baby Metro reserves the right or refuse of deny any returns if the items were sent after 14 days.
Where should I write my RMA Number?
Please clearly write your RMA number on the outside of your return packaging. We will refuse any delivery without a RMA number.
How will I be credited?
Upon receiving of your merchandise(s) in new and unused condition, the purchase price of the merchandise(s) will be credited back to the credit card you made the purchase with or a store credit will be issued.
At what amount will my purchase be credited?
All merchandise that is new and in its original unused/unassembled and unopened packaging returned within 120 days of receipt with a valid RMA number will be credited 100% of the purchase price minus actual shipping, handling charges and/or coupons, if applicable. This includes, but is not limited, to any shipping and handling charges that Baby Metro incurs when shipping items with "Free Shipping" to customers. • Opened but unused/unassembled merchandise may be returned within 120 days of receipt accompanied by original packaging, accessories, manuals, hardware and a valid RMA number. These returns will receive a credit of 80% of the purchase price minus actual shipping and handling charges and any coupons, if applicable. This includes, but is not limited, to any shipping and handling charges that Baby Metro incurs when shipping items with "Free Shipping" to customers.
Damaged & Defective Product on Arrival (DOA)
All damaged or defective items upon arrival must be reported to us within 7 calendar days after delivery. Any damaged or defective items reported after the 7 days will be treated as a regular return; customers will be responsible for any shipping cost.
How do you treat incorrectly shipped merchandise?
Incorrectly shipped merchandise will be replaced at no additional cost. Please contact Customer Support for replacements.
What if I had entered the incorrect shipping address?
If the customer entered the incorrect shipping address, then there will a surcharge to cover the shipping cost to all shipped orders.
Are closeout and clearance items returnable?
No, all closeout, clearance, and specially marked items are not returnable due to stocking reasons.
How and where will my refund be applied?
Refund for purchase made with a credit card will be credited back to the credit card on which the purchase was made on. Refund for check or money order purchase will be issued a check from Baby Metro.
