All returns require a RMA number, which can be obtained by calling our toll-free number and select option 4 or by sending an email request in our contact us page. All return item(s) must be in new, unused, and in saleable condition. "New and Unused" mean that the item(s) is/are still in its original packaging with all the accessories, hardware, and documentation that has not been used, washed, and/or assembled. We cannot issue refunds for any items with any sign(s) indicating that it has been used or assembled. For hygienic reasons, health products and personal care items cannot be returned. Customers will be responsible for the shipping cost of their return package(s). In addition, order(s) that qualified for our free shipping promotion will have their refund(s) deducted accordingly to cover the cost of shipping the package(s) to you. Choose In-Store Pick-Up during checkout as your shipping method.

We will notify you via phone and email when your order is available for Pick-Up.
Please Note: In-stock items can take anywhere from 2-8 business days to be ready for pickup. We will notify you of any backordered items.
When Do I Pick-Up My Order?
In-Stock items will be available to Pick-Up approximately 2-8 business days after your order is submitted. Backordered items will be available to Pick-Up 5-8 business days after we received additional stock. You will receive a phone call and an email letting you know when it is ready for Pick-Up. If an email was not provided or the order was marked as a gift, the Pick-Up person will receive a phone call instead.
Pick-Up hours are the same as store hours. Store hours can be found in our contact us page of our website.
Who Can Pick-Up My Order?
The billing person is designed as the person authorized to Pick-Up the order. You will need a valid photo ID along with the credit card that was used for the order as well as your order number.
NO SALES TAX OUTSIDE CALIFORNIA:
Orders shipped to California are subject to state and local sales tax, as applicable. All other states are shipped tax free.
